What is this Product? 

WebCheckout is a software application that is used to manage and track the use of equipment and other resources

Scope

  • Provision and manage admin accounts for requesting areas.
  • Work with the SCC to determine appropriate Banner attributes to include in nightly feed for all user accounts.
  • Provide onboarding to any requesting department
  • Provide support for school/college/dept service requests related incidents.
  • Corresponding school/college/dept webcheckout "organization" or "checkout center" administrators serve as Tier 1 support.
  • Current areas using webcheckout, as of Spring 2024
  • Klein, TFMA, Engineering, Psychology, Tyler Metals, Student Center Game Room, Rec Services Main Campus, TECH Center
  • Does not include the support of alternative university equipment loaning systems.
