Technology Support Center (TSC)

What is this Service? 

The Technology Support Center provides assistance with technology-related issues and questions for Temple University students, faculty, and staff. Support is available through multiple channels, including walk-in help, live chat, phone, and email. The center is staffed by trained professional consultants and technical student workers.

Who is Eligible to use it?

Students, Faculty, Staff, and Administrators. 

Alumni & Authorized Guests (for network access support).

Cost and Limitations

Support includes:

  • Technology troubleshooting for university-supported software, enterprise applications, and hardware
  • Help connecting to wired and wireless campus networks
  • Incident and request support via email, live chat, phone, walk-in, and web form
  • AccessNet account activation and troubleshooting
  • Basic support for personal devices (students, faculty, and staff only)
  • Follow-up sessions, such as Tech Tune-Up, are available for deeper troubleshooting of personal computers
  • Support is not available for personal devices that are highly customized or unsupported
  • Personal computer support is limited to current students, faculty, and staff
